Ryan Prado SHOT Me!

Tampa, FL (February 1st, 2008) – The first Square One Creative artist solo exhibit called Ryan Prado SHOT Me! will run from February 13th to March 13th, 2009 at Gallery Live with an opening reception taking place on Friday, February 13th, 2009. Gallery Live is located at 1901 15th Street in the historic Ybor City district of Tampa, Florida.

Ryan Prado SHOT Me! is the very first Square One Creative artist solo exhibit that will showcase the work of local popular photographer Ryan Prado. The exhibit will showcase over twenty 20"x30" pieces while unveiling never before seen work. Photographs come to life during the opening reception where attendees will be able to interact with live models from some of Ryan's most popular works. The artist himself will be on hand with his camera to snap photos of his guests and models so that they too can say "Ryan Prado SHOT Me!" Guests will receive "Ryan Prado SHOT Me!" stickers with information on where they can view and retrieve their photos online as a personal keepsake.

Ryan Prado SHOT Me! is open to the general public, all ages, and is free to attend. Doors open at 7pm and the event will last until 11pm. Complimentary food will be provided by Streetcar Charlie's Bar & Grille. Ryan Prado SHOT Me! is being sponsored by Square One Creative and Gallery Live.

Ryan Prado graduated from the University of South Florida in the spring of 2005 with a BFA in Fine Arts. His work is a blend of tongue-in-cheek humor and personal subjects ranging from fear to love. His inspiration comes from pop culture, fashion and his own personal experiences. His whimsical images have been seen in the Tampa Museum of Art, on the cover of the Tampa Tribune's Friday Extra and in the Square One Creative events GO! and Virgin 2.0. Up next, Ryan will take his solo exhibit to Fort Lauderdale in March 2009 and hopes to showcase his work in a solo exhibit in Chicago, Illinois. Ryan Prado will also continue participating in all future Square One Creative events.
